Schedule An Eye Test

The Eye Test will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

We encourage arriving 10 minutes prior to your chosen appointment time to ensure we can understand all your vision needs.

Please bring to your appointment:

1. Your Health/Medical Insurance Card (if applicable)
2. Your old or current prescription card (if any)
3. Your current and previous spectacles (if any)
4. Your current and previous contact lenses & boxes (if any)
